The room is already decorated and equipped to help you get started, including:

• Beauty treatment bed with electric adjustment
• Nail desk
• Sink within the room
• Access to a communal kitchen and toilets
• Courtyard
• Three private parking spaces, with additional public parking and nearby roads available
• Shops and local amenities within a short walk

There is also a nursery next door, which may be convenient for professionals balancing work with childcare arrangements.

Support and opportunities include:

• Potential passing trade: Hairdressers working within the business bring existing footfall through the salon, creating opportunities to introduce your treatments to new clients.
• Free online booking facility: Access to a booking website with no subscription fees or commission charges on bookings.
• Promotion through Creations Salon: Opportunities to feature on our website and receive support with social media and promoting your services.
• Experience and guidance: I have 14 years extensive experience in the beauty industry having worked on cruise lines and spas and am happy to share advice and guidance if you would find it helpful.
• Product purchasing benefits: Access to discounts on selected brands, including Oriflame, Elemis, Temple Spa, Crystal Clear and Natural Spa Factory. I can also help source stock and supplies when needed.
• A friendly salon environment: Work alongside our welcoming hairdressing team and become part of a supportive business.

The room is already decorated, but suggestions for improvements are welcome. I want the space to work for the person renting it, and I'm happy to discuss reasonable ideas.

Independence, with support when you want it

I understand that everyone works differently. You may want advice, help with marketing and the reassurance of having experienced professionals around you. Or you may prefer to manage your own business, your own clients and your own schedule with minimal involvement from others.

Both approaches are welcome. My aim is to provide a professional, friendly environment where you can feel supported without losing your independence.

The practical details

• Location: Creations Salon, Redditch
• Contract: 12-month agreement, renewable annually (opportunity for some flexibility and few weeks free rent)
• Suitable for: Qualified beauty professionals whose treatments are appropriate for the room and its facilities
• Professional requirements: Relevant qualifications, certificates and valid insurance must be provided before the rental begins.

The salon exterior is due consideration for future improvements, and we are looking at ways to improve its appearance. Although parking immediately outside is limited, three private spaces are available alongside other nearby parking options.
