Cookie Policy
Last Updated: October 16, 2026
This policy explains how FindMy.beauty uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in a similar way. In this policy we call them all "cookies". Some cookies are set by us ("first-party cookies") and some are set by the services we use ("third-party cookies").
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are needed for the Service to work, so you cannot turn them off on our site. They are used to keep you signed in, protect your account and make payments work.
- Clerk (for example
__session,__client_uatand__client). These keep you signed in securely and protect against fraudulent sign-in attempts. They last for the length of your session, or up to the time you sign out. - Stripe. When you subscribe or manage your billing, you are taken to pages hosted by Stripe, which set their own cookies to process payments securely and prevent fraud. See Stripe's cookie policy.
- Google reCAPTCHA (for example
_GRECAPTCHA). Our contact page uses reCAPTCHA to stop spam. Google sets cookies to tell people apart from automated programs. See Google's cookie policy.
3. Analytics cookies
These help us understand how people use the Service and which pages are popular, so that we can improve it.
- DataFast (first-party cookies named
datafast_visitor_id,datafast_visitor_first_seen_atanddatafast_visitor_session_count, which last up to one year, anddatafast_session_id, which lasts 30 minutes). These give your browser a random identifier so that we can see how visitors find and use the site across pages and visits, and which visits lead to sign-ups and subscriptions. We only set them if you accept analytics cookies. - Clerk. Clerk also records sign-in and sign-up activity, which we use to understand how many people create accounts.
- Vercel Web Analytics. This counts page views without using cookies or tracking you across sites.
4. Maps
Maps on our search and listing pages are provided by Mapbox. Mapbox may store an anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage to count map loads for billing and to improve its service. See Mapbox's privacy policy.
5. What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third parties to use cookies on our site to show you adverts or track you across other websites.
6. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies through their settings. Your browser's help pages explain how. If you block strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop the site working.
You can find out more about cookies, and how to manage them, at ico.org.uk.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if we change the cookies we use. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
8. Contact us
