Rental Options & Pricing

There are two rental options available:

Option 1 – Individual Treatment Space

£550 per month per treatment space.

Option 2 – Entire Premises

£2,200 per month for exclusive use of the entire premises.

Taking on the entire premises offers an excellent opportunity for an established practitioner or business looking to expand, grow their team and operate from one fully fitted location.

Subletting Opportunity

The main tenant taking on the entire premises may also have the opportunity to sublet individual treatment rooms or beauty spaces to other established practitioners, subject to prior written consent and the terms of the tenancy agreement.

This offers the potential to build a team of independent professionals under one roof while helping to offset the overall monthly rental cost.

Rental Terms

• One month’s rent payable in advance.
• A security deposit will also be required, with the amount confirmed as part of the agreed tenancy terms.
• Rent payable monthly thereafter.

The first month’s rent in advance would be £550 for an individual space or £2,200 for the entire premises.

Two open-plan beauty stations

• Suitable for nail technicians, brow specialists, lash technicians and other beauty professionals.
• Professional manicure and hair stations can be added to suit the requirements of the incoming tenant.

Separate dedicated makeup artistry space

• An allocated area for a professional makeup artist, bridal makeup specialist or freelance beauty artist.
• Suitable for client consultations and professional makeup appointments.
